Pendine Bay is designed for people who love the idea of touring, but not the hassle that often comes with it.
For many of our owners, the reality of towing from place to place, planning every weekend away, and dealing with unfamiliar roads and setup routines starts to take the shine off caravanning. That’s exactly where a seasonal pitch changes everything.
Instead of packing up, towing out and setting up each time, your caravan simply becomes your ready-to-use coastal base. Turn up whenever it suits you, open the door, and start enjoying your time away.
With a long season running from 1st March to 30th November, you have the freedom to come and go as often as you like, without the stress of towing or the worry of availability.

Why Pendine Bay Leisure Park...
A brand-new park, with a carefully designed seasonal touring field that focuses on space, privacy and relaxation.
We have intentionally limited the number of pitches to create a more exclusive environment, with just 18 seasonal pitches in total. While many would have typically maximise the land with 40 or more pitches, we have chosen not to. This means more space, less congestion, and a far more relaxed environment for every owner.
Unlike traditional touring parks, we do not offer nightly touring or camping pitches. Every pitch is seasonal only, helping to maintain a quieter atmosphere and a stronger sense of community.
We are not a park with flashing lights, arcades, kids’ clubs or entertainment facilities. If that is what you are looking for, then we are probably not the right fit. Instead, Pendine Bay has been created for those who want a peaceful, uncommercialised coastal escape.
From the park you can enjoy direct access to Morfa Bay Beach via a woodland walk, while Pendine Sands is only a 15 minute walk. Amroth, Saundersfoot and Tenby are all close by, making it an ideal base for exploring this stunning part of West Wales.
Local amenities include a local pub just 150 yards from the entrance and a regular coastal bus service connecting you to surrounding coastal towns.

Seasonal Pitch Facts
All of our seasonal pitches are fully serviced, hardstanding and generously sized at 10m x 7m, giving you plenty of space and comfort throughout the season.
Each pitch includes a modern service post with electric (16 amp supply), fresh water and grey waste connections, allowing you to enjoy all the convenience of home while away.
On site facilities include a modern shower block with separate male and female washrooms and shower rooms, an accessible WC and a covered Elsan disposal point.
